Lageman explained why there was the perception of so much pressure.  After watching the game film, he put the bulk of it squarely on the QB.  He said Bortles needs to learn to step up in the pocket and trust that his line will do their job.  He focused on the 3 sacks for Watt, pointing out that 2 of them were garbage sacks and only one was really earned. 

 

He also pointed out that Joeckel vs. Watt was won by the LT.  Joeckel was beaten twice during the game, but neither time was it Watt on the giving end. 

 

He also pointed out that Linder completely stoned Watt when they went head-to-head.
