I don't think he's bad. I think he's taking a long-term approach by building through the draft and it takes time to show up on the W/L record. 

You don't have the capacity to allow time for the young players to develop. I'm more patient.  

You mention spending this year's picks on offense and then whine about being ranked poorly on offense.  But I'm Ray Charles. OK. That's funny to me.   

 

Whatever.  Bash away. I'll gonna go on being the idiot who's excited about Caldwell's additions doing good things in the years to come.
