Quote:Ok Ray Charles. They start for the Jags because we lack talent. Right now this team totally sucks. We have won 6 games in the last 2 seasons. Judging by the job he has done so far he is bad. I am saying he has done a bad job at building this football team. The only thing we can do now is hope these young players pan out. When we spent the entire 1st half of the draft on offense and are now dead last in almost every offensive category that is a problem. He was also all aboard Henne Starting as well I think it's safe to say that everyone in here is disappointed in the Jags record of 6-23 since Dave and Gus got here. This seasons 2-11 record is just atrocious and as you stated, the Jags are nearly dead last in almost every offensive category. Gus and Jedd have been out coached in just about every game this season. I truly believe that with a more experienced/better head coach and a really good OC, that the Jags would have a better record (with this exact same team) then they do right now. I really believe that. I am not saying this team would be in the playoffs or anything, but I am saying that with an experienced/better HC and OC they would definitely have more then just 2 wins at this time. Unfortunately, we will never know if that is true or not. There is some talent on the Jags and I just don't think it is getting maximized to it's full potential by this current coaching staff. Under Gus and company, I just see this team making the same mistakes over and over and over again, especially missed tackles and being out of position where the opponent is wide open. I know the team is very young, but still, I would like to think that the coaches could have found a way to cut down on some of those mistakes they keep making every game. How many more games with "missed opportunities" will they continue to have until they actually start to cut down on those "missed opportunities" and capitalize on them? How many?
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.
