There's about 5 different QBs that people around the country believe is the best COLLEGE football QB. That won't be the case when it comes to the evaluation process leading up to the NFL Draft.
 

One of those personal fouls cost him more than some houses.

 

Perhaps one reason people can't agree on who the best quarterback is this year is fanhood. You would never expect TAMU fans to think Bridgewater is better than Manziel.
