Case in point he only had 3 tackles in the Miami game you cited and 1 against UF (per ESPN). Against GT he did primarily come up and defend the run because that's what everyone in the secondary did. I don't think Ramsay is nearly as key in those games against the run as the D-Line and Linebackers are. And they've gotten better throughout the year.
 

Well that's my point. I feel they can't gamble with Jalen given how potent this Oregon defense is. I don't know the stats for Ramsay on the other games, but watching that 2nd half of Miami game, I thought he was all over the place.
