Quote:One thing that stuck out to me was just how badly a few of them are at cut blocking. I think 3 hits/sacks came off a defender who was supposed to be cut but our line guy just whiffed completely. I saw it happen with Linder, Young, and Bowanko.

Often (ie. pretty much always) when an OL cut blocks, it's supposed to be a quick pass by the QB. I remember at least one glaring example where Joeckel went to cut a defender, but Bortles pump faked and just had no idea that the pressure was coming.
