Well, I think that the stigma we had has been changed a bit since our new owner took over. 

 

On top of that, we've acquired some talent that makes our team much more attractive than when JDR or even Mularkey left.

 

The talent is there, a few gaps need to be filled, and the O-Line must be overhauled, but I think the Jaguars' reputation has shifted from 3 years ago to today.  We  won't land a former NFL coach that works for ESPN, because those guys are all lazy.

 

But I think among the coaches that are still working, and have not be indoctrinated by the ESPN mothership, we don't have the perception that we had a few years ago.
