Rookies are an issue and I truely hope its that simple but fisch clearly would rather die by defense suffocation (which is causing defenses to rush hard and jump routes) via short throws and runs rather than incompletions downfield. Either way, you get interceptions. Atleast the former death gives us a bit of excitement when these rookies do make plays.
