No team is going to be allowed to move to LA without a stadium deal in place and shovels moving dirt. That was never going to happen with the Chargers. That is why the Rams always seem to be the most likely team. Their owners owns that huge plot of land in Hollywood Park. If a stadium gets built in LA, it will be there and it will be for the Rams. When that happens, who knows.
