Let's just stick to the tried and true, the Jags nightmare method. Chucky hasn't been out of coaching nearly as long as (say) Dick Vermiel was before he took the Rams to a Superbowl victory. Even Joe Gibbs managed two winning seasons out of four after being out of coaching (and anything NFL) for 12 years. Right now a 9-7 season seems like an impossible dream.
