Like most other people have said, a better free safety back their will help him out tremendously. 

This is another laughable logic people have.  "He's good but he sucks because he has to make up for other positions"  Give me a break.  The coaches and the playoffs stressed "doing your job" earlier in the season.  The truth is he sucks.  He is a good tackler once he gets his hands on a player but he misses too much.  He picks the worst possible angle way too often.  The guys is not smart on the football field.
