Case in point. in 1998 the Chargers took the biggest QB bust in history. on 1999 they passed on Daunte Culpepper who before a knee injury was an elite QB for several years and almost went to multipl super bowls. This is an extreme case but why keep doing what every team does after drafting a bust? 
 

Oh, I see. Of all the GMs in the history of the NFL (and I assume you would agree that at least a few know as much about the NFL as you) none of them thought this is a good idea the Jaguars should do it anyway? Got ya.

 

None have done it because it's a dumb idea.
