Also don't forget that in 2013 when Caldwell got hired he inherited Gene Smith's Scouting Department and let them go after the 2013 draft.
So this is the reason why the 2013 and 2014 draft classes were so "Jekyll and Hyde". And the way it looks so far I am very optimistic about this up coming draft seeing how its going to be Caldwell's guys and not Smith's guys conducting the scouting reports. *Go Jaguars! |
