Harbaugh seems to be better suited for college.  I think he should take this, it's once in a lifetime offer (price, situation, timing, etc.)  As you said, it's a perfect fit.

 

The only wildcard here is ego, and he does seem like a man completely driven by ego.  So, only the ego knows.
