2015 Draft eligible free safeties

The truth is "reaching for need" only occurs when you pick the wrong player to fill the need. For example, when we needed to rebuild the defensive line, JPP would have been a better choice than Tyson Alualu at #10. Picking a free safety early is not reaching if he will be the next Earl Thomas - one of the other first round picks in 2010. That said, if there is a right tackle projected as a top five pick in almost every mock draft, I want the Jaguars to pick him first and a free safety later. Right tackle is the worst position on our weak offensive line. |
