Bowanko and Joeckel need to improve; RT needs to be upgraded; Linder needs to keep doing his thing; and Bortles needs to throw the ball away every now and then.
 

I don't hate having him because of his salary. I hate the fact that he does not play as well with a rookie quarterback as he did with Peyton Manning.
