He gets a pass until next year (job),   He can be criticized on how the team plays but, He didn't assemble these crap players.....He didn't walk into a situation where he had Troy Aikman,  Emmit Smith, and Micheal Irvin in their prime.

 

He didn't walk into a situation where he had Dwight Freeney,  Robert Mathis,  and Deion Sanders on defense.

 

 

This is perhaps the WORST ROSTER in the history of the NFL ever put together.

 

The OWNER (He should truly be embarrassed subjecting everyone across the pond to his very bad football team) has to be committed to spending some money on the RIGHT FA's in the offseason,  The GM has to draft the RIGHT Franchise QB in the draft.
