I do not think, firing Gus Bradley or the entire coaching staff is the way to go. Give Gus one more year. If things remain the same he's gone. The team is very positive about Gus Bradley which shows that he's not the total problem. Lets hope Caldwells players keep improving and somehow sign vets who can make this team into contenders.
