1. The fact that you listed California is pretty laughable. Harbaugh is a legend in that state for how he turned Stanford around and making the NFC Championship (San Francisco, CA) game his first 3 NFL seasons. His connections there are strong.

 

2. Michigan's problem hasn't been recruiting, it has been complete lack of player development. Brady Hoke brought in top 10 classes in 2012 (5th) and 2013 (7th), but some how you don't think Harbaugh will be able to?
