2. Michigan's problem hasn't been recruiting, it has been complete lack of player development. Brady Hoke brought in top 10 classes in 2012 and 2013, but some how you don't think Harbaugh will be able to?
 

Having connections is one thing. Being able to beat out USC and UCLA is another.

 

As a fan of Michigan, I would be happy to have him.

 

I just think this is a tougher job than it appears.
