Also, it's rumored the Florida's defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin would be Harbaugh's pick for DC (he was the D-Line coach when Harbaugh was at Stanford). Durkin was the 2012 National Recruiter of the Year. Combine that with Harbaugh successful in both NCAA and the NFL and being one of the most known coaches in the country and you can see why Michigan fans won't worry about recruiting.
