Dan Marino lasted to pick # 27 of the 1983 Draft.  Based on the Bucs decision making track record in those days,   I seriously doubt they would have drafted him in Round 1.  

 

If the Bucs would have somehow drafted Marino,  he probably would have ended up signing with a USFL team.
