The ONLY reason I think we gutted the roster from any talent basically is that Caldwell really had the foresight that there is a future star at QB and the only way to get him is to make sure you get the #1 pick.
Will it be worth it? Maybe. I can't take another year of 2 wins or 0 wins. For me, next year needs to be a legitimate improvement. At LEAST 5 wins, and competitive in most games.
