While Fisch may have been a relative infant trying to jam square pegs into round holes a great offensive coordinator will evaluate the strengths of the guys already on the team and design his scheme to complement the strengths and comfort zones of the guys already on the team.

That's a big "IF". The next 5 years boils down to faith in Bradley. It's a scary thought. It was rather bizarre him arguing about his challenge flag the last game. It was perhaps ten minutes and multiple possessions later and Gus was raging on. He couldn't let it go. It was like a personal insult in the last game, after a bad season, and he was fed up and he was not having any of it and went sort of nuts. It did not remind me much of Bill B, or Don Shula, or Harbaugh. They hit and move. Gus reminds me of that crazy guy who insists you have been staring at his girlfriend across the bar and his friends have to pull him away. Perhaps he is too emotional and not cerebral enough for the top job.
