Kaepernick and Dalton aren't good and are fighting for their jobs next year.  Carr still hasn't proven anything.

 

So you listed four QBs in the past 30 years.  Two of which were drafted in a completely different era.  Tell me how that isn't very rare when you consider all of the QBs drafted.
