At this point, it looks like Manziel is a 1st round pick, but nobody seems to have a clue where in the 1st round he'd go. We'd be at 33. And usually there isn't a team in the bottom half of the 1st round needing a QB, but this year there's so many teams with QB struggles it's hard to believe at least one wouldn't pull the trigger on Manziel. Also trading up doesn't come free. They'd have to give up something significant to get back into the 1st round and they may have to go up fairly high to get him. Don't really see it happening. It's more likely they trade down, pick someone like Manziel in the 1st (or get a guy in a later round), and get an extra 1st for next year's draft (and more).
