Cooper isnt a shrimp. Plus I'm always fond of kids from Miami. If he was another 3 inches bigger, he'd be without doubt the #1 overall WR. But he just doesnt have the elite size. No idea what his 40 is but he looks fast on the field. And I will say he does look a little bigger than his size. Similar to Justin Blackmon who looked big in college. Was stunned by how small he measured.

But when drafting top 5, not only do you want elite production but you want elite physical tools.
