  On top of everything else,  for the last few years,  Stan Kroenke hasn't said a word publicly about working towards the goal of keeping the Rams in St. Louis.    Between that and the subpar product on the field,   it's understandable why many Rams fans have not supported the team financially.    

 

 

  I believe with good ownership that's committed to St. Louis and a good product on the field,  St. Louis would respond favorably to the Rams or another NFL team.   St. Louis is the 20th largest market in the country and has a number of large corporations in that Metropolitan Area.    Granted,  the baseball Cardinals will likely almost remain # 1 by a wide margin in St. Louis.  A strong case can be made that the Cardinals have the best fan base in all of MLB.     Yet,  the market is large enough that the city can also support an NFL team and the NHL Blues.   

 

True, but if the Jaguars were to leave Jacksonville, you could say the same thing.  The product on the field since 2001 has been well below average overall and yet the attendance the past 5 or 6 years has been pretty good for an absolutely horrific team.  

 

This city is dying for a team that at least contends.  That stadium will be rocking if you put a team on the field that wins 8 games or more.
