Yes, the Chargers are making noises about legal action, but that may be all that is - noise.

From what I read previously "Silent Stan" may not have the backing to get the 24 votes. But it won't matter because he still will move the team anyway similar to what Al Davis did with the Radiers in the early 90's.


In regards to the article its more in reference to a bad image on Goodell's behalf if a team moves and then is faced with litigation on end.
