Thsee past couple weeks have been the most I've seen Mariota play. He does not look like an NFL QB to me. Everything is read-option stuff. He doesn't look like a good pocket passer at all,, IMO.

 

He's not and I been trying to tell people that, some dude was saying we should dump Bortles and draft MM acting like he is some Luck type prospect, MM success is mostly of deceiving the defense which is why he's WRs are always wide open, he never stands in the pocket and makes a play, he has small hands 27 career fumbles, a weak arm and doesnt play traditional NFL style offense. MM is not good on 3rd downs and this year is completing under 50% of his passes in the redzone, when the field shrinks he cant trick the defense. He has a lot of work to make a franchise QB, the good thing is he is a good kid, smart and hard worker.
