Beanie Wells hurt during tryout

While Broyles' injury didn't happen in a tryout, it happened when he was in the fair catch process on a punt return. The prior two season, Broyles suffered torn ACLs. Being the most productive pass catcher in NCAA Division IA history seems like ages ago for Broyles. I had no idea it was possible to get hurt that bad during a fair catch. Unfortunately that reminds me of how Reggie Wayne tore his ACL. There were no Broncos within 10 yards of him. |
