So basically Penn State is paying 60 million bucks to restore the wins.


Disgusting.


Penn State was going to pay the $60 million regardless. All this establishes is where that money is spent, within the state of Pennsylvania. Nice try spinning it but against Penn State but the $60 million was established in 2012. Penn State was suing the NCAA, both were defendants in a lawsuit.
