im almost positive each team has their own footballs they bring. I know high school does and I'm almost positive college does too. Back on topic, a less inflated football would be easier to grip, but harder to throw IMO. Not saying this gives the Pats a pass, but I think it's not so significant and definitely does not change the outcome, however, rules are rules and a draft pick would be getting it easy for the Pats. I really respect the Pats but it seems like things just follow them around.
