Gailey went 4-12, 6-10, 6-10. Marrone went 6-10, then 9-7 for the Bills first winning season since 2004.

 

Take a look at both coaches PF and PA numbers.

 

I'll admit I don't follow the Bills much, but what am I missing? I know you are in the Pat's division, so that has to be taken into consideration.
