I guess the good thing is that Olson likely won't be gone in 2016 after landing a HC gig. I'm only half kidding when I say that. I don't think it would be good for Bortles to learn his 3rd system in 3 years.
Here the big thing though: in the end, if Olson can help Bortles become a really good starting QB, his hire will be deemed a huge success. He did some good things with Derek Carr, so there's hope. |
