The Titans are a mess and they are in a total rebuild, so they could use the picks.

 

As a result, Leonard Williams is there at Pick 3 for the taking.
 

The Titans can take Leonard Williams at #2.

 

Many people are now saying they don't want a quarterback because Zach Mettenberger is the future in Nashville.

 

The most likely trade partner would be the Jets, who obviously need a quarterback and are not too far behind.
