<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You take 12 puppies  to a kennel to be looked after and cared for while you go on a trip.  You are trusting that establishment to take care of the dogs while you are away.    You check the dogs before leaving and they are healthy and happy.    When you return, the puppies are still under the care of the kennel and you find that 11 out of 12 of them are malnourished and near death.

<p style="color:rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">So... do you blame the kennel where the dogs were entrusted, or... do you just say, well, I have no idea who , why, when, where or how they were underfed so no one should be accountable?
