I'm grow elderberries right now, we plan to drink elderberry syrup occasionally to keep the immune system boosted. I've read that elderberries will even treat flu symptoms but I've never tested it.

It's not a conspiracy that cases of polio, mumps, measles etc... are nearly non existent with the exception being in the communities that refuse to vaccinate their children. And they are not doing it because the vaccines are not proven or could be potentially harmful like the previously mentioned HPV vaccine. They are doing it because some idiot blonde lady spouted some nonsense and they believe them over scientists and medical professionals.....
