Being a good fit philosophically is important. It's the breakdown that occurred there that cost Fisch his job.


It's been proven that Olson can do well with decent talent. Nobody here but apparently you and a few others are wiling to accept that fact.

He had elite talent in 2006 and had an above average to good offense. If it takes 3 hall of famers and another 4 or 5 pro bowlers to finish just inside the top 10, what would it take to finish top 5?


When has he ever outperformed expectations? The best he has done is to perform just at expectations.


But he really is a great fit. One ring to rule them all. Olson is the only person for this job. There are no other unemployed coaches in the world that can adjust their offense.
