What are your feelings on the Greg Olson Hire?

I do believe that Gus did not take time on his first OC to put into place I think Fisch was not the right OC for us at times it look like Fisch was over his head. Gus with our new OC and OL coach will work well with our staff that is in place. We have no place to go but up from here.
