I'm with flsprtsgod on this one. You're saying that the NFL wont interview minorities or that minorities can't earn them. I think it's a bit absurd to suggest that an organization as competitive as the NFL wont interview minorities when it's clear that they'd take anyone that gave them the best chance to win. Especially since the NFL is 68% black.

 

Maybe we should have equal demographics for players too?? The best man wins the job.


Right now, black players are proving to be the better players and white coaches are proving to be the better coaches. I'm sure that'll all change in time (both sides).
