What job field are you talking about?  Monopoly on commerce?  Have you been watching Liz Warren and the you didn't build that stuff?  At every level of management and the Union employees across my global company, they would never touch Josh Gordon and his problems.  With the crappy politics and myopic correctness going around, you aren't putting up with troubled employees.  Trust me there is no worry about the competition using someone with alcohol and drugs against us.  In fact the liability for retaining someone working that way is just not worth the risks.  And companies are being regulated to be out of the risk game.
