The one thing I hate about it, is that you lose a lot of points if you DON'T trade back.  And then you wind up with too many picks which you don't know what to do with.

(ended up giving up 19 picks to trade up one spot just to avoid drafting too many players.  Because I had like half the picks in the 6th round at one point, and it wasn't letting me trade back to get out of them)
