If Marrone coaches the Oline for a year and they show improvement, then he can go somewhere else as a HC candidate or OC candidate, while at the same time we would hypothetically get Yarno back coaching the Oline.

 

Believe it or not, I don't think there are smoke and mirrors to this hire.
