With the Rams informing the city of their intent regarding the lease, it looks pretty certain that the Rams will be heading back to LA at some point when the stadium there is ready to go. 
 

And the attendance at their games will be on par with the 1996 Oilers. Ironically, both teams coached by the same guy.
