None of those images I posted are offical in any way, shape or form. Those were renderings based on information about what angle Shad "might" want to take when the whole converstaion began about his interest in developming this land.

 

The whole point of the tweets yesterday where that specifics on what Shad & co. want to actually - DO - with the shipyards will be released in a couple of months.

 

The stadium is perfectly nestled into a cool little corner of downtown that lends itself very well to building up the surrounind areas. I think the bleak, unused shipyards, which sit right there at the foot print of the stadium, is a perfect place to start.
