The Bills players seemed to like Hackett over Marrone. By all reports he's very personable, optimistic, and energetic.
I wouldn't say he has extensive coaching experience, but I think it will work in your favor that he's gained some experience working with EJ Manuel for 2 years. As long as he's not calling the plays, I don't see a problem with this hire. |
