I get that... I was more referring to my stance in the original post before I was informed this was strictly a Bradley hire... now I understand Bradley may have been instrumental in bringing him here, but it is kinda hard for me to think he was the only one who had anything to do with hiring him.. most people have been pretty insistent about this based off a press conference after the hire, but if you are telling me that the FO had absolutely nothing to do with him coming here and there isn't even the slightest possibility Marrone could be the jags next hc in the event Bradley is canned mid season, we will have to agree to disagree... people are getting hung up on the Caldwell portion of this and missing the point I was trying to say and that's my fault for how I worded everything (including the title)... I guess my revised point would be, could Marrone end up replacing Gus in the event of another terrible start to the season.
