I think Caldwell will infuse this team with some talent this offseason. I don't think Gus Bradley can survive another year with the worst offense, and the 7th worst defense in the league. I think our Offense has to at least be out of the bottom 5, and our defense has to be out of the bottom 10. And that has to be accompanied by more than 4 wins.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
