Shorts isnt there yet but he can be IMO. Remember it usually takes WRs 3 years starting to really break out. I wouldnt draft a WR prior to round 4 for the next 2 years at least. Way bigger needs on the team. But yeah take some late round fliers on guys with speed and hope they can develop.
